For In-Store Purchases:

  • Please contact your local Furniture Row store directly for all warranty issues and service requests.

  • Store contact details can be found on the Locations Page; staff will assist you in reviewing your warranty options and next steps.​

For Online Purchases:

  • If your furniture was purchased online, please submit a customer service ticket using our official support portal.

  • Include one of the following: your invoice number, the name under which the purchase was made, or the phone number as listed on your original invoice. This information helps us process your request quickly.​

  • Attach clear photos showing the overall item and any specific issue to assist with your claim.​

What to Expect:

  • Our support team will review your ticket and may request additional details.

  • After verifying your purchase and the nature of your warranty concern, we will guide you through repair, replacement, or other solutions as covered by your warranty.​
